Our big spring silent movie film festival project is starting in March! All of my students will be composing music for a silent film clip that will be compiled for everyone to view.  More details to come! For now save the date for a potential film viewing evening for the whole family on May 18th!!

A new month means a fun new song to learn!  The ensemble piece "Clouds" is by Dorla Aparicio. It is a beautiful piece that has five different parts students will play together in a group or as a duet with me.

REMEMBER: Look closely at your piano calendar for this month and only come to lessons when they are scheduled 😄

In January we will be switching it up a little bit and instead of studying a composer we will become composers ourselves!  We will be talking about chords, left hand patterns and notating music. This should be a really exciting month! Can't wait!
